In this group workshop, you will:
Receive a presentation of the foundations, teachings and wide range of applications of the curriculum.
Learn about the nature of the dimension of Oneness, the health and well-being advantages of plugging directly into it and, more importantly, how to do it.
Learn the first steps of the "Oneness Practice" to be feel better, lighter, be more free and empowered and less impacted by "duality baggage" (negative emotions, blockages, the past). Learn how to bypass the ego-based mind to progressively raise the Oneness vibration in your body. The "Oneness Practice" is gentle, yet powerful, and does not require any body movement, just that you be comfortably seated. It takes about 10 minutes to practice.
