What is The Reset?
The Reset is Lionel Gougne’s approach to working with higher energy and consciousness from a spiritual dimension beyond the reality we ordinarily experience — and beyond the soul. It works through the body, from the inside out, to access greater freedom, well-being and a more fulfilling experience of yourself.
What is the Live Online Practice?
It is a weekly live online spiritual practice guided by Lionel Gougne. It is not simply another meditation or relaxation class, or a higher level of consciousness within the same reality you already experience.
You remain still while Lionel guides the practice and also channels powerful, soothing, relaxing and enlightening frequencies from that higher dimension of consciousness.
Is this meditation or therapy?
No. While the practice brings very deep relaxation and well-being, it is not conventional meditation or therapy. It begins from a different starting point: working with a dimension of higher energy and consciousness, allowing it to work through and reprogram the body.
What happens during a Private Appointment?
Private appointments are personalized one-on-one sessions in Brussels for adults and children. Lionel combines innovative body — Craniosacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release — with spiritual and energy work and his clairvoyance.
Sessions can be appropriate when you feel tired, stressed, blocked, disconnected from yourself, or simply not quite like yourself — or when you want to feel better, reconnect and shine.
Do you work with children?
Yes. Lionel offers private sessions for children as well as adults in Brussels. Sessions are adapted to the individual and may combine bodywork, energy work and spiritual work.

Lionel Gougne has more than 20 years of practice and experience working with the body, energy, consciousness and spiritual approaches. His background also includes Yale Law School and a previous career in Wall Street law firms.
